The hotel had a nice Christmas decoration, and it was right next to the train station, which was convenient for me because I traveled by train. , the staff was friendly.

The room was quite old and not in great condition. There was no air conditioning, and it got very stuffy.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The pictures don't do it justice. The modern and spacious room was a delight along with the variety of delicious options offered during breakfast. Its central location in this small town made it easy for me to walk to different places. The hotel was also conveniently located right opposite the train station and there was a large parking lot.

Breakfast and evening meal were both excellent. Large car park next door. Despite being right opposite the rail station the sound-proofing was good.

We booked a "superior" room - there was nothing superior about it. From thw web: "luxurios", "with bath" - nothing like that. But the biggest disappontment was that in spite of much talk about thier fantastic whiskey bar - it was not even open on a Friday evening! Neither was the restaurant.
